Missed Grad Fair? You can pick up your cap and gown at the University Bookstore, 3rd floor DUC during regular store hours as long as no deficiencies are found with your graduation file.

Graduate students should pick up their academic regalia by November 10th to assure appropriate hood color.

The cap and gown may be kept as a memento of the commencement ceremony.

You will be notified through your WKU email account if deficiencies are found with your graduation file. You should correct any deficiencies as soon as possible to ensure you receive a cap and gown.
